



We at the Grotto Spa are happy to be a part of your special day and look forward to seeing you in the near future. Please read the confirmation letter below and familiarize yourself with our spa policies prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
The Grotto Spa has a 24 hour cancellation policy for all spa services. We are happy to re-arrange your
appointments outside of 24 hours to accommodate another date and time at no charge. For
cancellations or appointment changes within 24 hours we will charge 100% of the booked treatments
to the credit card on file, as well as a $25 administrative fee per appointment to cover costs of labour.
You will then receive a Gift Certificate to the Grotto Spa for the full amount of your treatment for
another date at your convenience. If you are unable to make it and are able to send someone in your
place, we are happy to change the name of the appointment for you without charge. The Grotto Spa
requires a credit card to secure all bookings; however nothing will be charged through unless changes
or cancellations are made within 24 hours.
Arrival Policy
Complimentary use of the Grotto Mineral Pool is included in with all spa treatments, and we encourage
you to arrive with plenty of time to make use of the Mineral Pool. Please arrive one to one and a half
hours prior to your appointment time to allow enough time for a full tour of our facility as well as use of
the Mineral Pool. If you would prefer to not use the Mineral Pool, please arrive a minimum of 15
minutes prior to your first appointment. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals; however
please note your appointment time may be shortened to accommodate the next guest.
Age Policy
The Grotto Spa welcomes guests ages 13 through 18 for treatments when accompanied by an adult
19 years or over. If you have children under the age of 13 in your wedding party we are happy to
provide services for them on your special day. Children are welcome in the lobby of the Grotto Spa as
well as the Hair Salon only.
Lounge Rental
There are two Private Lounges available for rental at the Grotto Spa. We are happy to extend a rate of
$25 per hour (minimum 2 hours) for rental of a Private Lounge with a Personal Concierge in
preparation for your wedding day. You are welcome to bring your dresses and dress in the lounge after
your services. Please note the Private Lounges are located on treatment floors and low voices are
required.
Personal Concierge
A Personal Concierge is included in the rental of a Private Lounge for $25 per hour (minimum 2 hours).
This service is designed to assist you and your wedding party in getting ready for your wedding and
taking care of any drink or food orders or last minute requests. Please note your Personal Concierge
may not be able to accommodate all requests. Should you have specific needs you are aware of prior
to your wedding day, please discuss with your Groups Spa Coordinator in advance.
Luggage
If you have clothing and/or luggage which you require to be delivered back to your room we are happy
to arrange delivery for you with our Maintenance team. Please arrange delivery prior to the day of your
wedding to ensure we can accommodate your request.
