The Grotto will set the mood for the rest of your spa experience. Derived from the Latin phrase, "sanitas per aqua," the word spa is an acronym literally meaning "health through water." Following this tradition of caring for the body and soul, soothe your senses in our 2,500 square foot Grotto Mineral Pool, designed to emulate the wonder of a naturally occurring grotto!

Complimentary use of the Grotto Mineral Pool is included with all one hour treatments booked at the Grotto Spa. On its own, the Mineral pool is $40.00 per person.

Explore the mythic cave-like Mineral Pool, the cascading two-story waterwall and palatial waterfall. Refresh yourself under the invigorating cool-splash cascade, release tension in the whirlpool or simply curl up grotto-side with a book.

Spa Etiquette

With your leisure in mind we suggest arriving at the spa sixty minutes prior to scheduled treatments to allow yourself time to enjoy the Grotto Mineral Pool, Treetop Relaxation Lounges and Treetop Tapas & Grill. Late arrivals limit the time of your enjoyment and lessen treatment benefits. To accommodate all guests each treatment will conclude at the scheduled time.

To maintain tranquility throughout the spa, we ask that our guests turn off cell phones and pagers and use a low toned voice when enjoying the facilities. The Grotto Spa is a smoke-free environment. If you wish to smoke please see the Spa Concierge for directions to a smoking area outside the facility.

Most body care services are enjoyed without clothing however your personal comfort is our primary concern. During all services our providers ensure you are warmly and professionally draped. At your discretion you may wear undergarments. Spa robes and sandals will be provided upon arrival. We wish to offer the upmost comfort to you during your time at the Grotto Spa. Whether it’s the lighting, room temperature, music, or massage pressure, please notify your treatment provider or Spa Concierge of any personal preferences.

Gratuities and taxes have not been included in spa treatment prices. If you desire to recognize exceptional service, a gratuity may be added to your spa service charge.

Spa Cuisine

Enjoy artfully prepared spa cuisine where the freshest ingredients are at the centerpiece of our seasonal menu featuring food bursting with flavour. You may find yourself too-relaxed-to-dine-out, so savour these delectable dishes without ever getting out of your robe. For our Treetop Tapas & Grill, reservations are suggested to ensure a leisurely and luscious meal experience in our "robes only" environment.

Tours

For the comfort and privacy of all spa guests we invite you to join us before scheduled services begin and again after services are completed for the day. We are delighted to offer private or group tours. Please call Spa Reservations to arrange your visit.
