In order to make your experience as enjoyable as possible it is important for us to know of any health concerns such as allergies, high blood pressure, physical ailments, athletic injuries, and pregnancy. Please note that it is not advisable to consume alcohol or large meals prior to any treatment. May we suggest reservations in the Treetop Tapas & Grill comfortably between or after spa services.

The Grotto Mineral Pool contains beneficial minerals and trace elements, making it a therapeutic experience. A soak in our pool is detoxifying, has anti-inflammatory qualities, is beneficial for the skin and is re-mineralizing to the body.

Use is not recommended during pregnancy; for guests with high blood pressure; or for guests undergoing chemotherapy or radiation for cancer, as the Mineral Pool may increase the core body temperature, metabolism and heart rate. To avoid over-absorption of minerals, we recommend a maximum of three 20 minute soaks within a 24 hour period.

Cancellation Policy

To reschedule or cancel your reservation at the Grotto Spa we require a minimum of 24 hours notice to avoid full charges for scheduled appointments.
