Mineral Pool
Access to the Grotto Mineral Pool, invigorating cool-splash waterfall and whirlpool is included for spa guests prior to receiving treatments. Designed to emulate a natural stone grotto, the warm water pool is infused with natural minerals and trace elements to detoxify the body and rejuvenate the spirit.

The Treetop Tapas & Grill at the Grotto Spa is home to a culinary experience unlike any other in Canada. Dine comfortably in your robe and sandals overlooking the majestic rain forest. Elevate your culinary dining experience with our curated 9-course Chef’s Tasting Menu.

About Your Visit
You'll indulge in a 2 hour relaxation experience at The Grotto where you will connect with natures elements. Then, if you have booked a treatment, you will wind down in our Relaxation Lounge where you will be served healthy refreshments before being whisked away into a series of our best spa treatments. The Treetop Tapas & Grill can be reserved to enhance your wellness journey at the Grotto Spa. Dine in your spa robe and sandals while overlooking the surrounding rainforest in a one-of-a-kind dining experience.
The Grotto
Receive 2-hour access to our Signature Experience. Enjoy ‘The Grotto’ as the focus of your visit or customize your day further by adding your favourite spa treatments and tapas dining for the ultimate spa escape! Swimwear is required to enjoy this unique experience.
Arrival
To best manage capacity levels, early arrivals are unable to be accommodated. Each treatment will conclude at the scheduled time; please avoid lateness to receive the full benefits of your spa visit.
Health Concerns
Guests will complete a medical history form on arrival. Those with heart conditions, who are pregnant or who are currently under the care of a physician for any reason, should consult their physician prior to enjoying ‘The Grotto’ or receiving spa treatments.
Etiquette
To encourage relaxation, we request cell phones be turned off and left in assigned lockers. For guest privacy, photography, cameras and/or recording equipment are not permitted within the spa. Please use a soft voice in all areas while enjoying the facilities.
Registered Massage Therapy
We employ both BC Registered Massage Therapists (BC RMT’s) and Qualified Spa Providers. Please inform us upon booking if you require an RMT to address specialized health concerns. Insurance receipts are issued upon payment for RMT Massage. Due to high demand, RMT’s may not always be available.
Comfort
Please inform us upon booking if you prefer a male or female treatment provider. During all treatments, you are warmly and professionally draped. At your discretion you may wear undergarments. Spa robes and sandals are provided upon arrival.
Nail Services
Please note, we do not provide gel/shellac or acrylic nail services, which includes gel/shellac polish applications and/or removal. Please bring flip-flops to best ensure fresh polish does not get smudged during dry time.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or adjust treatments due to a change in plans, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to avoid being charged in full. Cancellations fees are waived fully for circumstances related to sudden illness.
Age Policy
We welcome guests 19 years of age and older. Guests 13 to 18 years of age are welcomed when accompanied by an adult spa guest.
Special Occasions
Celebrate your special occasion at a unique venue! We are happy to welcome groups and corporate business. For more information, please email our Spa Groups Coordinator at groups@grottospa.com.
Gratuities, Taxes & Pricing
15% gratuity and 5% GST will be automatically added to your spa service charge. All prices are subject to change.
Gift Cards
Give an invitation to relax, unwind and recharge; an opportunity to breathe deeply and de-stress. With no expiry date, our Grotto Spa Gift Cards may be purchased online here.
